Teachings

Ancestral knowledge

Ancestral techniques from the Himalayas, handed down by monks and healer lineages, adapted to our modern lives.

Singing bowls

Forged from seven metals associated with the seven planets, Tibetan singing bowls release deep vibrations that harmonise body and mind.

Gongs

The gong wraps the body in a deep, expansive sound wave. Used for sound baths, it calms the mind and opens the way to meditation.

The Nepalese drum

The dhyangro, ritual drum of the Himalayan shamans, sets the rhythm of ceremonies and guides the inner journey.

Lama Fera

Coming straight from the monks of the Himalayas, Lama Fera is an exceptionally powerful and fast energy-healing technique.

Tibetan medicine

Inherited from the family lineage, it sees body, energy and mind as a whole, rebalanced through plants, diet and care.

Massage

Traditional Himalayan massage, passed down through generations, to release bodily tension and soothe the mind.

Sem Rikpa psychology

Emotionally difficult situations are part of the cycle of life. Tibetan Sem Rikpa psychology offers keys to move through them.

Lung Chi

A spiritual practice combining energy psychotherapy with simple, mindful therapeutic exercises.
